Terms of Service

Avenox provides website design, redesign, launch, and related support services. Project scope, timing, and payment terms are confirmed directly before work begins.

Most projects start with either full payment or a 50/50 structure with a deposit up front and the remaining balance due on delivery. Hosting and ongoing upkeep are handled separately unless otherwise stated in writing.

Reasonable revisions are included inside the agreed scope. Once final payment is complete, the finished site and approved project assets belong to the client unless another written agreement says otherwise.
