Graphink Fusion needed a digital experience that could better represent its custom products, make the path from interest to order easier to understand, and reduce ambiguity around product details and requests.

Outcome

Graphink Fusion now has a clearer digital foundation for presenting custom products and moving customers from browsing toward an order. Verified post-launch conversion data is not yet available, so this case study focuses on the delivered experience and operational foundation.
