Terms of service

The terms, in plain language.

These terms cover avenox.net and how engagements work at a high level. The written scope for each project is always the governing document.

Effective August 18, 2026

Who we are

Avenox is a founder-led studio that builds websites, business systems, CRM, and automation. These terms cover your use of avenox.net and how engagements with Avenox work at a high level.

Official website and impersonation

Avenox is a U.S.-based company and currently operates only in the United States. avenox.net is the only official Avenox website, and support@avenox.net is our official contact address.

Any other website, page, or account claiming to be Avenox, copying this site, or soliciting business or payment in our name is not affiliated with Avenox. If you encounter one, please report it to support@avenox.net.

Website content

The content on this site — including package descriptions and standard prices — is provided for information. It describes typical scope, not a binding offer. Every engagement is defined by its own written scope, and that written scope is the agreement that governs the work.

Pricing and scope

Standard package prices listed on this site are starting points. Every price is confirmed in a written scope before any build starts, and work outside a written scope — custom features, third-party fees, ongoing services — is quoted separately.

Where this site notes that no specific result is promised (for example, search rankings or exact performance scores), that exclusion is part of the offer.

Project work

Client projects run on the phases and revision rounds defined in their written scope. Deliverables become yours on final payment, except for third-party tools and licenses, which stay governed by their own terms.

Avenox may reference delivered client work in its portfolio, labeled honestly, unless a written scope says otherwise.

Intellectual property

The Avenox name, logo, and the content of this website belong to Avenox. Client work shown on this site belongs to the respective clients and is shown as delivered.

No warranties on the site

This website is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avenox is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability connected to project work is defined in each project's written scope.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
